Chapter 47“What do you mean, she won’t let it go? She has no choice.” Dex says, immediately irritated. I place a hand on his arm, and he relaxes under my touch. Bruce sighs, "I know that, everyone here knows that," he says. "And yet... knowing Lucy, it could go either way." I gesture impatiently for him to continue when he stops talking. I hadn't expected finding the right dress for tonight to take so long.
