Chapter 42. Celeste: I ran myself a warm bath in the bathtub. This was one luxury I lacked in the convent and I had realized I actually preferred soaking myself up in warm water for some minutes, it helped me cool off.I drew the curtains and carefully took off my bathrobe. “Oh, yeah.” I let out as I sank into the water. After staying underneath the water for some seconds, I brought my head out and rested it against the edge of the tub, as I soaked up the rest of my body. I shut my eyes to get a few minutes of sleep as well.I didn’t know how long I had slept for, until I heard some almost inaudible sounds. My eyes snapped open and I saw Christian standing at the mirror, applying gel to his hair, with just a towel wrapped around his waist.
