Melissa was not happy about my trip to China. She made it very clear today that she wasn't in support of it by avoiding me for the rest of the day.

After we came back from the park, she went straight to one of the rooms in the house and locked herself up. No amount of pleading made her open the door, and I was shocked to see how she reacted to me breaking down the door the last time something like this happened.

I wasn't ready to put her in such a position again especially now that she's pregnant.

The ringing of my phone woke me up from my little nap outside her door, picking it up I looked to see it was my assistant Jade calling, I picked up the call.

“Good evening sir” she greeted as soon as I answered.

“Good evening to you too Jade,” I answered tiredly.

“Sir you are yet to finalize the documents required for your trip tomorrow,” She said, sounding professional as always.

“Ok, I am on my way to the office now, meet me there in ten minutes.”
