3rd pov;

Let it all out.

Sadness and anguish, everything.

It had been raining for hours now. The steady patter of water against the windows had been producing a continuous tap sound. It was supposed to be a full moon tonight but it felt as if the sky was pouring the sorrow out of it.

Elena's eyes fluttered open. Her back ached from the crooked position she was in. Standing up with great difficulty, she finally strided towards the windows. Grabbing the knob, she yanked it open only to feel a piercing gust of harsh blowing wind mixed with droplets of water pass through her clothed body, showering her already miserable frame with a fresh deluge. Wiping the water from her eyes with a wet sleeve, she tucked a lock of her dull hair behind her ear. A small smile appearing on her face.

She loved the darkness from the clouds.

The refreshing smell of the mud and grass entered her nostrils leaving her intoxicated as ever. She watched the fat raindrops roll down the railing of her balcony. Placi
