James POV

I woke up outside her room, the floor had been cold throughout the night and it was really uncomfortable for me to sleep on the floor but I was willing to do it for her.

I sat up and rested my back against the hard wall, the door opened and Cassie stepped out of the room.

"Cassie, you are awake." I said to her, forcing a smile and hoping she would return the smile but as you could have guessed, she did not.

"What are you doing?" She asked me.

"I... I am only trying to get your forgiveness." I replied her and saw her swallow a huge lump while looking away from my face.

"I have told you that you are not going to get it." she replied defiantly.

"I know you are definitely going to forgive me very soon, I just have to...."
