I sipped my tea in the restaurant, trying hard to hear to what the two guys who were talking were saying, they were both wolves and i figured out that there was a possibility that I could get something from them.

"It's really still a wonder to everyone, David is such a betrayal. Thank goodness he is finally dead." one of them said and I gasped slightly.

Davis was already dead?!

How in the world did that happen during the short period of time that I was away from the place?

"I heard James is going to be the next beta." the guy said.

"I think so too, he really supported Alpha Kayden and even more, his lover, Cassie died too, that is just too much of a disaster for him." the other guy replied.
