I was astonished.

It wasn't just Nicky and dad who lied to me. It's not just them that make me look like an idiot who easily believes in other people.

Ken also lied to me. He is not honest about his true identity. He's not a rogue but a Lycan, and he's an Alpha. He lived in my pack for two months, and we saw each other often. He has plenty of time to tell me.

"So you're not a rogue." I don't want to look at him. My eyes fell on the bed sheet. "Why are you disguising yourself as a rogue?"
