Chapter 28 Tricia & Tracker Part 9

"I'm going to set her right. Where is she?" Tracker asked.

Prez handed him a paper with her current address. She was in a hotel on a beach in Florida. He went to his room and packed a bag, then headed to the jet. He was going to go get his woman, make her marry him, and bring her home.

Tricia was sitting in a chair on the beach. She had rented one of those big umbrellas that covered the whole chair and more. Her eyes were staring at the water but not really seeing anything. She had been doing that for the last few days.

"You know, that big umbrella defeats the purpose of lying on the beach to sunbathe." A familiar voice remarked.

Her heart felt like it skipped several beats. Her breathe caught at the sound of his voice. Her mind was trying to figure out why he was here. She'd be lying if she said a little bit of hope didn't enter her body. But she would squash that down for now.

"What are you doing here?" She stammered.

"Looking for you of course." Tracker replied.

"Why?" She asked.
