I have never seen Anya this angry.

I stood before my Mate unable to say anything as she slapped me with the truth. The truth that I have been trying hard to hide.

I didn’t know, didn’t even realize that she was observing me. That she had waited for me to open up to her. For me to tell her the secret that I never want anyone to know.
