Chapter 3: Dessert

Laurel's Pov

I picked up my jacket and headed to our room and proceeded to the bathroom where I took a shower and applied ointment on my arms that were not red with marks.

It would fade in a while.

Noah brought me flowers the next day.

No verbal apology,he never apologized this was the only time he apologized that is if he felt sorry.

I grew so used to this that I didn't even bother saying anything. I took the flower and put it out in a vase in our room.

"I sent money to your parents." He informed me two days after that incident.

"Thank you." I said that was the first time I said anything to him that wasn't just the regular greeting.

He always did this ,he would hurt me and then try his best to treat me nice when I started acting withdrawn from him.

On the good days Noah was the best husband I could ask for.I saw what my aunt's husband did to her and I couldn't help but be glad that I married a man that loved me.

Noah's way of showing his love for me was complicated. I knew that.

I was wearing a night dress staring in front of the mirror in the bathroom staring off into looking at the bruises of the belt that had begun to fade.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I felt hand wrap around my waist and Noah came to kiss my shoulder and I flinched.

I watched him gently kiss my neck and looked at me in the mirror.

“I want dessert,” he told me and I smiled.

“Okay,” I told him.

He let me go and I turned around and took my hands and slipped off the nightdress from my shoulder and it fell to the floor. I was not wearing anything under that was how Noah liked it.

“Beautiful,” Noah's eyes were locked on my breast, he took his hand and cupped my breast fuddling them and I bit my lower lips and let out a moan.

In a swift motion Noah turned me around and used his hand to bend my back making my face rest on the table in the bathroom.

I heard the sound of a zip and then I felt his dick poking my hole.

Noah's thrusts were slow just how I liked it and each thrust gained a moan from me. It went on for about five minutes until I felt him release in me and he pulled out and sighed.

Noah slowly pulled me up and I could see he was smiling.

“Are you okay?” He asked as he pulled me in closer and kissed my lips.

Yes,” I replied with a smile wrapping my hand around his waist and he held me.

Noah ran me a bath and after we bathed together we were on the bed sleeping when I popped open my eyes and went to the living room.

I went down on my knee and took the phone I hid under the chair and checked the message quickly.

“Tomorrow is the day,” That simple message brought a smile to my face as I placed the phone back under the couch and went back to sleep next to Noah.

Finally tomorrow, I will be free.
