Dark Past

Inside the hotel room, Camellia had just finished getting dressed, she was wearing a simple but elegant and luxurious wedding dress, her beautiful face looked even more radiant under the make-up, and her long hair in a bun made the girl look sexy with a long neck.

Camellia stood looking out the window alone, her eyes far away through the blue sky.

But not with Camellia, this marriage exists to avenge her, not based on love. With a heavy heart, Camellia was forced to do all this because she wanted justice. At least she doesn’t let the people who have ruined her life live a peaceful and happy life.

At that time his mind wandered, remembering the bitter memories of three years ago. When she fights for the rights of the child inside her womb, she asks the child’s father to be responsible.

Camellia forced Crish to meet because she had something to say. At that time Camellia thought Crish would be willing to take responsibility for his actions because all this time Crish had always convinced her that if something happened he would be held responsible.

“What did you say? Are you pregnant? How did you get pregnant?” asked Crish with a restrained tone because he was worried that his words would be overheard by other cafe visitors.

“Yes, I’m pregnant with your child, Crish. You have to be responsible, you have to marry me, then we will live together and raise our two children as we have always planned,” Camellia answered with her eyes sparkling with hope. Now Crish is the only hope for Camellia to continue living in the future.

They had been in a relationship for 3 years, and there were so many sweet plans and promises that Crish had made to Camellia, of course, Camellia believed everything Crish said, so she wanted to do things she should never have done.

Camellia took a deep breath to stay calm, “Crish, I’m sorry, I know maybe you are not ready to be a father, and so am I. But I don’t think there’s anything to worry about, we just have to be honest with each other’s parents, then we get married and live together. After all, you are already working and I have graduated from college even though I just graduated, but I will be looking for a job soon. We will help each other find the cost, the important thing is we can just live together first,” said the girl gently, hoping Crish would understand.

After a long silence, Crish finally opened his mouth, “I can’t marry you,” that’s what he said.

Then the man reached for something from his pocket, then he showed the round object in his hand, “Because I’m going to marry another woman. I have proposed, and next week I will marry him, “explained Crish.

It was like a bad dream for Camellia, her chest felt like being stabbed by arrows many times, and her heart was shattered into pieces. Camellia was speechless, she was really surprised to hear Crish’s answer. Tears just rolled down her eyes, indicating that his heart was broken.

There were so many questions in Camellia’s mind, but her tongue felt so numb that she couldn’t say anything. “Who is that girl?” that was the only thing that came out of Camellia’s mouth after a long silence.

“She is the sole heir of the owner of the Star Chocolate Factory Group company. If I marry her, the company will automatically become mine, I will become CEO there, and my father’s company will get bigger. That’s why my parents asked me to marry her and it turned out that I fell in love at first sight,” Crish explained without the slightest guilt.

“You are selfish, you only think about yourself, without even thinking about me and your child. How come you can be this evil? All this time I believed that you loved me, but you did not, you only want my body,” Camellia said, her chest rising and falling with anger.

Camellia shook her head, “I don’t need your money, I just want you to be responsible for your child!” She exclaimed.

“I’m leaving, just do everything I said before, don’t ever contact me again or try to meet me, let’s just pretend we never knew each other,” he continued as he left Camellia who was still confused and crying.

“Crish, Crish, don’t leave me, I don’t need your money, I just want you,” Camellia called as she chased Crish into the parking lot.

“Crish, I beg you, where are you who used to love me? Where’s Chris?” Camellia grabbed Crish’s hand which was about to enter the car, but Crish brushed it off roughly.

“No, I don’t love you anymore. I Will start a new life, so don’t bother me,” Crish said one last time before he got into the car and hit the gas at high speed.

“Crish… What did I do to you? Crish ....” Camellia was still trying to chase the impossible car she was chasing, until she finally sat down on the hard asphalt of the road, but not as hard as her destiny.

“Mommy ...” called a small child and the call managed to break all Camellia’s thoughts about her dark past.

Camellia took a deep breath, then wiped the tears that fell without permission before anyone saw her. When she turned her head, it turned out that her little angel was already behind him in a cute white dress, she looked very beautiful.
