This ugly finding made Alexander to lose all his control his heart ached for his baby sister his mind screamed to kill everyone involved in his sister’s death in a extreme brutal way. With the newfound monstrous determination, he left for the hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital at the exact moment the surgery of Franklin got completed and the door to ICU opened. Alex rushed towards the doctor to know about his grandpa, "The surgery was successful but unfortunately the old master fell into coma due to his old age" declared the doctor. On hearing this a gasp escaped Rose mouth gaining the attention of the monster.

Suddenly, Alex slapped Rose across her face putting all his strength. Rose lost her balance due to the unforeseen impact fell to ground with brushed cheek and bleeding lips. Clara and Freddie were not getting anything they tried to stop Alex but their strength was no match to Alex's. He pushed them aside and grabbed Rose by her arms making her stand then he backhanded her
