Chapter 78: The Way Out

SUSHMITA'S POV:

Rodney was covering me the whole time when we were in the car because of the series of gunshots that kept on destroying our vehicle.

"Cover your ears Honey, it's alright, I'm here," I did what Rodney said.

We were almost at the Airport, and as soon as we got there Daniel already grabbed my luggage.

"Come on, Miss," Daniel said and gave me his hand so that I could grab it.

"B-but Rodney," I said while looking at Rodney.

"Go Honey, I'll be fine, I just need to finish this, all of this, remember what I tell you. I'm sorry, I love you so much. Take care of our baby," he said and kissed me quickly and then he helped me get out of the car.

"I love you too, Rodney," I said.

"I know, now, go! before it's too late, there's no time," he said and Daniel pulled me closer to him and had me enter the Airport.

We're suddenly on the plane now going back to the Philippines.

I travelled with a heavy heart again, I just watched the skies and the clouds dancing in the atmosphere.
