KANE’S POV

My heart was on my throat as I watched in slow motion as Cole sliced Sara’s chest. My heart was beating fast like an African drum. When I saw his claw going for her neck, I jumped at him sending him to the ground with me.

I bit down on his shoulder hard coming back with a chunk of his flesh. “So much blood, bodies, what is happening.” I snapped my head to look in the direction of Sara’s voice.

She was already on the ground and the man who was holding her was nowhere to be seen. I rushed to her, and she screamed covering her face.

I stopped and looked at her, but she was shaking on the ground. I turned to look at my men and everyone was looking at me including Cole’s men.

“What are you all looking at? Finish these fools off.” I bellowed but instead of moving fast as I expected them to. They bowed their heads.

That confused me, I had only seen that once when my pack members bowed to Sara. I turned to look at Sara and she still has her face covered.
