Chapter 121 - My Cake

Two months later.

Everything was going well for Anna and Dave. She didn't have symptoms anymore except her appetite increased—the total opposite of her earlier pregnancy. Meanwhile, Dave was doing well with his work and responsibilities toward his wife. So did their relationship with families and friends. All misunderstandings had been settled.

A hand suddenly reached from nowhere and took away her plate containing cake on the table. It automatically snapped her attention from words she was trying to work on her laptop screen to her plate, which was now flying away. And the culprit was none other than her husband, Dave.

"My cake." She called it desperately as if she did not want to lose it.

His hand was on his hip while the other was holding the plate. He was ready to scold Anna. "You have eaten half of the entire cake. So stop it."

"But you bought that for me."

"I did. But not for you to finish it in a day."

"Why? You don't want to see me getting bigger?"

"You know it's not for that
