I’m going to make my own ending! Gavin should stay with Judy and talk. Rachel is already taken care of at the hospital. Irene and Matt should tell Gavin they want Judy part of their family and Rachel is getting kicked to the curb. The Landrys live happily ever after!

I looked back and it was about 4-5 days since the time Gavin was drugged. I don't think they can already tell if Rachel is pregnant unless the baby was conceived earlier than that event.
