Pacing around the room I couldn't take it anymore, how can my father be so heartless and evil? He doesn't care about others and the worst part is that he kills with no mercy. I wasn't surprised when I heard that he doesn't regard us as his children though I was the only one that he still cares for it is painful to watch the other people passing through this kind of torture without doing anything.

My room was pulled open as Carter, my friend more like a brother to me, walked inside. Sensing my uneasiness, he signed deeply before taking a seat almost beside me.

"Is it about your father, again?" He questioned with a sad tone.

"Yeah….." That was the only word that could come out of my lips.

"I understand but I don't know why you are this restless because he still loves you more than your other four brothers," he said reluctantly.

Forcefully turning around, I angrily slammed my palms on the table startling him, "Can't you hear the cries, don't you feel the pain…..?"
