Sakarem's face looking sour because of Joan, who was stated as innocent, makes He cannot help but be forced to accept that the French man isn't related to Raisen's death.
'Was I being impatient?' Sakarem thinks of his failure in the assembly as he walks to his personal office. 'No, my plan is perfect! Raisen's sudden death should be enough to eliminate Joan from the Black Circle. If it were not for that lowly paid-assassin, my plan would work out.'
