NIKOLAI'S POV:

At exactly 9 o'clock,. Kwane delivered Al Major's message to me.

"He wants to talk," Kwame said.

I finished my whiskey and clenched my jaws. Sleeping peacefully on the bed beside me was Hazel.

The moment we left the hospital and returned back to the Romanov Towers, the first thing she did was sleep, and I kept watch over her.

I wasn't wasting my time, rather I was waiting.

Earlier I had Kwane orchestrated a grand fireworks display that lit up the night sky over Al Major's home.

The fireworks spelled out a fiery cryptic message of war, visible for miles around.

A mere man on the streets would marvel at the spectacle but Al Major would be frightened out of his wits because I've just declared war on him and his entire family.

"I'll go see him now," I got to my feet. "Station your men outside the door. No one gets in this room and no one gets out until I return."

Kwane did exactly as I told him.

Fast forward, we're on our way to meet Al Major. I didn't go alone, be
