NEW LIFE

The burning ball of fire is up in the bluest of the sky, and here I am lying in the bed with sheets rolled over the body of me and my…. New girl. The night was fierce and I enjoyed every bit of it. I get up and  yawn wildly while looking out of the windowpane.

I walk to the kitchen and make myself a cup of coffee, turn on the TV and switch to the news. Sipping on the delicious coffee that boosts my batteries for the day. I got to the bathroom and had a cold shower and dressed into my favorite suit before leaving for the meeting. 7 years, a long time have covered since Grandpa left us but how can i forget the legacy we the Ashfords’ have followed.
