Aanya's POV:
Chester came back around 8 in the morning by that time I was ready to leave the hospital and go back to my apartment.
When I went back, first I cleaned up the place a bit as I left it messed up. After that, I made some breakfast – Hotdogs. I went to have a bath. I soaked in the cold water for 30 mins. After my bath I brushed my teeth again, after that, I applied the cream all over my body and sprayed some deodorant. I chose a cropped sweater and brown jeans. I wore a simple necklace with a single heart on the front, light makeup and straightened out my hair with a brush and left it out. I took my purse and phone with me and walked to the front door, got out and waited for a cab. When the cab came I went to the company first to take my document and when I gave the destination name the driver gave me a look of fear. When I got out of the cab I asked the driver to wait for me and he parked a bit away from where I got dropped off.
I went to the front desk and saw the same lady as yesterday over there. I asked her for the instruction and went there. I got the file and I was walking out, when I checked the time it was already 9:30 am and I need to be at work at this time, 'shit I am late' I thought to myself. I started speed walking a bit and didn't notice where I was going and bumped into someone.
"Holy shit, I am so sorry," I said picking up the papers quickly.
"Watch we-" he started but I cut him off by saying, looking at his eyes, "Please keep the cursing for another time we meet and that is if we ever meet. Now for the time being take care. Bye." I said and continued walking out. I didn't miss the looks everyone was giving me and for what I don't know
I ran to the cab and told him the address and told him to hurry up. When I reached there I quickly got to work as the cafe was busy already.
It was a busy day today, there were so many people here. Cafe Nemo was known for there breakfast club, with a variety of things to eat. Around 11 it became calm and it wasn't as hectic as I started off. There were only 2 more tables left to serve.
"Hey, who are they?" I asked Anthony, my co-worker.
"Two of the most powerful people in Earkria." Am I in any kind of luck to get them in during my shift? Bad luck, not good.
"Aanya I think you need to go to both of them as every one of them is scared of them." I knew this was going to come so I first went to the people in the right corner.
"Hi, what can I get you?"
"I would like- well, well, if it isn't the great Aanya Grey herself!" MY GOD!! It is my bad luck indeed. I knew that sound and face from anywhere. Faces and sounds that attack me at night cannot easily be forgotten
"What can I get you, sir?"
"Still the same and why am I not surprised?" he chuckled "Do you still remember me, darling?" By this time we had the attention of the customers from the other table and my co-workers and thier eyes on is making me felt uncomfartable
"Do not EVER call me that," I said in anger.
"Or what? What are you going to do? Fight me, well come on then but do remember the one you can't win against me and two I will call your boss and crush this café of his or hers into dust."
I looked him in the eyes without breaking contact for 1 min straight and gave him a wicked grin, a grin which promises trouble and chaos to him.
"Ryan, can you serve them? I don't want to get kicked out of this job too."
Ryan was my best friend from high school. My ride or die. My rock. And vice versa. He knew what I meant by this. I went to serve the people on the other side.
"Hi, sir, What can I get you all today?" I said and I was shocked when I looked up, it was the same icy blue eyes I saw earlier today.

He decided that he was going to tell her everything tonight after the wedding and reception.
