Chapter one
Five years ago~ Victoria's POV "That movie was out of this world!" I exclaim to my parents as we exit the movie theater to head home. I notice a black car in an odd position in the road, but I think nothing of it.  "That movie scared the crap out of me" my father replies. I chuckle when I hear my mom slap my father on his head with her hand , "Language!" my mother yells at my father while giving him a disapproving look.  Before we can reach the car, gun shots are firing everywhere. I scream when I see my father lying in a pool of his own blood. I search for my mom and find her on the floor covering her head, panicking, I run to her to tell her that dad needed our help.  Just when I reach her, a bullet goes through my skin causing me to fall limb in her arms. All I could hear was her screaming and distant sirens in the background. "Please stay awake!" I hear my mom's pleas.

Chapter 2
Present time   ~ Xavior's POV     "Why'd you do it, Antonio?" I walk around him, waiting for this worthless piece of shit to answer.   "Please... I'm sorry" I punch him square in the jaw. His head whips to the side from the sudden impact.   "That was not the answer I was looking for Antonio" I walk over to the table full of tools and grab a dagger. "I am going to ask you this again, and this time I want the correct answer" I see his eyes  widen in fear.   I smirk, loving his reaction. It gives me more motivation to continue. I walk slowly towards him, he starts to squirm, but there's not point since he's tied up.   "I needed the money to get out Boss" I stop right in front of him and kneel so that I am at eye level with him. "You should know by now that there's no way you can get out, tsk tsk" I shake my head from side to side and get up.

~Victoria's POV   What is this man doing? I ask myself as I continue to watch his actions. My mind is telling me to run from this mad man, but my body is frozen.   "What's your name Il mio Tesoro?" ~ Victoria's POV   I wake up to a spacious and luxurious room. I look out the window to see that it is dark."How long was I out for?"I ask myself. I get up, but lay back down when an excruciating pain forms in my head.   I find my phone on the sofa near the bed, but the battery is dead.I groan and try to remember what had happened earlier. I look around the modern looking room and realise that I'm not where I'm supposed to be. ~ Xavior's POV   She remains quiet. I see her deep in thought and I take the opportunity to grab the gun away from her and put it back in my waistband.    She looks at me with anger.Why is she angry? I think to myself as I wait for her to speak. "Where were you!" it takes me a minute to realize what she's talking about. "Baby let me explain"   "Don't baby me! You said you would follow me! And when I woke up, they said you never visited me ones!" she screams at me pointing her finger to my chest to get her point across. I lift my hands in surrender to calm her down.   "Look, I can explain, just let me explain... please" I beg. ~Victoria's POV When I'm done using the shower, I walk over to the sink and start removing the bandage, I see that my wound is mostly healed but there is a small blue bruise on my forehead. I start combing out my hair and French braiding it so that it doesn't tangle in the night. I dry myself properly and put on some deodorant that was provided in the bathroom.  I start putting on his shirt and fall immediately in love with the smell. The shirt reaches my mid thighs. Next, I put his biefs on, it's too big to fit my waist but it sits comfortably on my hips. I struggle a bit to put on the sweat pants since the legs are too long. It's too big. It keeps falling down. I give up and take it off completely. ~Xavior's POV I wake up due to the sun rays hitting my eyes. I look down at Victoria's sleeping figure laying comfortably in my arms. I brush a strand of hair that has fallen on her face. I watch her sleep. She looks so peaceful.I hear her groan. She's waking up, I pretend that I'm waking up myself so that she doesn't suspect that I was watching her. She pushes herself half way up and sees the position we're in. She blushes and makes a move to get off, but I hold her in place. "Good morning, angel" I tell her in my sleepy voice.She greets me and tries to wiggle herself out of my arms but I hold her tighter. "Why do you want to leave my arms so quickly?" I ask her She covers her mouth with her hand and speaks "I need to pee" she says. I look confused at her hand over her mouth. She blushes again before speaking. " Morning breath" is all she says before breaking free and running to the bathroom. I laugh at her

~Victoria's POVI walk over to where everyone is and take a seat on the same sofa as Xavior. I'm waiting for Xavior to answer. Jessica speaks up. "So? Who is she? There was never love, just lust for power, but I was never interested in it because my heart belonged to someone else"He turns his head towards me at the last sentence and winks, I look down to hid my smile, but I'm sure everyone saw it.My mom gets up and speaks "I'm going to lie down, Xavior please stay over for dinner, I'd love to get to know you more" she smiles

I open the door and see Richard and Amber sitting on the two seats provided, in front of my desk. They don't seem to hear me come in since they are deep in a conversation.
