"That was so scary what happened to you last night," Shayla said on our way to school the next morning.

"Tell me about it," I rolled my eyes, "my mom wants me confined in the house, she almost escorted me to school today." There was a high school in the pack that we all went to and I was a year older than most of classmates because I'd had to stop schooling for a year when my mum’s sister, her only relative died during one of the pack conflicts.

"He didn't leave any clue as to who he was or why he took you?" She asked in a doubtful tone. I stopped to think about it and then shook my head negatively, he really didn't. I doubted if I wanted to tell her about our sexual interaction.

I had stayed up all night thinking about him, and his hands between my thighs, maintaining my gaze and the sound of his panting.

"Gosh, I'm still so shook, there's been no killings in the pack in the last two weeks, I really thought everything was starting to go back to normal, I don't know what I'd do if I lost you." She trembled at the thought of it.

"I'm fine, I don't think he wanted to hurt me."

"Yeah, like you'd know that."

"I think he would have by now, I mean, why would he just let me go? Alpha Dan wants to see me after school just to talk about it and I would honestly rather not," I sighed, hating how things were turning out.

"You must be so traumatized," she wrapped her arms around me, "you poor thing. If it's okay with your mom, you can sleep over at my place tonight."

"Yeah I'm sure she wants me at her watch like a bird."

We got to school and headed for our lockers to get ready for our first class. "Hey babe," Ash wrapped his arms around Shayla from behind and kissed her neck, his hands steady on her waist.

I smiled at him, "hey Ash."

"I'm so glad you're okay Tal, Shayla almost died last night and I'm not even capping."

"I'm doing complately fine guys, thanks for your concern, I love you." I said.

"if it isn't my favourite couple and Talie," a high pitched voice called behind us and we all turned to look at her. It was Brittany and she was like the most popular girl in our school. She was pretty nice to everyone unless she didn't like you for a reason and when that happened, it was like everyone turned against you, and nobody really wanted that.

She had pretty green eyes and dyed her hair purple, she was never to be seen without her signature winged eye liner.

"Hi Brit," Ash called.

"So I'm sure you guys must have heard by now but," she reached into her school bag and brought out what seemed to be flyers, "my birthday is tomorrow night and everyone is going to be there, that means you guys included."

"We'll certainly be there." Shayla took the flyer from her in a sing song tone.

"I heard what happened to you, I'm glad you're fine boo." She directed at me and I just smiled, shaking it off.

"It's fine, thank you."

We watched as she turned to leave. "Alright guys, I'll catch you after classes before you two start making out in my face." I told Ash and Shayla who were slowly forgetting I was here, smiling at each other and planting random kisses here and there.

After school hours, my walk to the pack house was slow, I didn't want to talk to the alpha, he knew how well to intimidate you and spill the answers out of you and the last thing I wanted was to talk about being fingered in the woods by the hottest man I'd ever seen.

"I'd walk you there but Ash and I have to be somewhere real quick," Shayla said.

"It's completely fine." I shrugged at her.

The main door wasn't usually locked because it was accessible to everyone in the pack at any time of the day and so I walked in. I saw the beta with headphones over his head, sitting in a pile of littered popcorn and actively with a gamepad as he had his eyes fixed on the television screen.

When he noticed my presence, he quickly jerked to his feet and tossed his headphones out of the way, "Talie, you're here, what trouble have you gotten yourself in?"

"Nothing this time I promise, beta Zeke, I'm just here for a meeting with the alpha."

"He should be in his office, if he isn't, you can look in his bedroom or something." It was clear that he was eager to let me go and return his focus to his game once more.

Sometimes I wondered how he was the second strongest man in the pack. At twenty three, beta Zeke was hot but he was also a child in a man's body.

I went into the thin hallway of the packhouse, the first door was the alpha's office. The door was opened and when I looked inside, he wasn't in there.

I took Beta Zeke's advice and went to his bedroom.

I opened the door and there he was, completely naked and drying his wet body. He sensed my presence and glanced his eyes over to me.

"Oh my goddess," I spun around quickly, "I'm so sorry alpha, Beta said I could check on you in your room, I didn't think ..."

"It's okay," his deep voice came behind me and I felt a heat growing on my cheeks at the thought of the fact that I had just seen this man naked, butt naked right before me and let me tell you, he was packing.

"You should have been here thirty minutes ago, where did you go?" He touched my shoulder and I flinched in response. He turned me around and I let out a breathe I didn't know I was holding in relief.

"Nowhere, I came immediately school ended." I nodded fast, I had slowed my steps but it wasn't a lie.

"So tell me more about this person that abducted you last night? What did he look like? Surely you must have at least seen what he looked like before he left you?"

"Shouldn't you get dressed first alpha?" I didn't like the idea of him just standing there without clothes.

"Answer me, Talie."

I thought for a moment if I should tell him about the scar but I felt a sense of protection over this man and unless I was being unfair, he hadn't even hurt me in the first place. I shook my head, "no."

"Then you must have caught his scent surely."

"I was too scared to pay any attention to it alpha," I bowed my head at him.

"Very well then, until we can be sure that you're safe, you will be staying in the packhouse." He annouced and my jaw dropped.

"What?! No no alpha, please!" I turned around on my heels with a gasp and then looked away, remembering he was naked. It was one thing to want to avoid the alpha and his strict rules from afar but living under the same roof as him, I'd rather go to hell.

"Are you arguing with your alpha? You know it's smarter not to." He shunned me, his cold face unchanging.

"No alpha, I'm sorry, it's just... I'm fine, please, I promise he didn't want to hurt me, he only..." I trailed off.

"Spill."

I wondered if he'd change his mind if I told him the truth was instead. I couldn't bring myself to tell him I left the pack unsupervised and found him myself. Ugh.

"If you can't say anything, then..."

"He fingered me, that was all, it wasn't like he wanted to..."

"What?" The alpha glared, confused and unsure that he had heard me right.

"I saw him jerking off earlier and I got absorbed, he saw me, I fled, he came after me just so he could help me finish, I didn't know why but yeah that's it alpha, I promise he wasn't trying to hurt me." I finished off.

I waited for him to say something, anything but there was nothing but silence. Great I've only ended up making a fool of myself ugh.

"Talie, I'm really trying to make sense of your words but I can't."

"Forget it alpha, if there's nothing more, I'll just take my leave..." I turned to leave but his grip on my wrist stopped me.

"Walking away will earn you some really hefty punishment, I'd advice you not to." His voice sent goosebumps trailing all over me, not the good kind. I was terrified. "So you're saying you saw him jerking off and he took you away to finger you?"

"Something like that?"

He turned me around so I could meet his gaze which I immediately avoided. He held my chin hard and forced me to look into his eyes, "he forced himself on you, he raped you?" I could see his eyes darken and that was a sign his wolf was trying to front. I didn't need any of that right now.

"No, no... Sort of but he didn't... I let him, alpha, I'm sorry, nothing of such will ever happen again." I bowed my head, suddenly hating how it was all starting to turn out.

"No it won't because you will be under my supervision thoroughly, Talie, we've been losing pack members to neighbouring territorial villians and you let a stranger finger fuck you? Do you know what he could have slipped inside you?"

"And I'm sorry... Alpha, your grip is starting to hurt me," I cried at how tense he was holding me.

He let go reluctantly, "I'll let your mom know you're moving into the pack house-"

"Alpha please you can't tell her, she would kill me if she found out I went into the woods and-"

"Wait, you met him in the woods? Talie!" By now his hand was completely coated in fur, I had to take steps back not knowing what I'd do if he hit me. Sensing my fear, he softened and came back to his senses.

"Go home and pack your things, beta Zeke will accompany you." He stared blankly at me and I knew he was mindlinking the beta.
