Mia“WAIT!” I yell as I run after the figure, but he’s too fast. MiaSeeing how my mother died makes me grateful that I was rescued by Kane and his men, but it also makes me sad. I wasn’t here when the attack happened. KaneLooking at all the bodies, smelling smoke and death in the air takes me back to the night my pack was attacked. It happened so quickly and there was nothing I could do. I remember seeing the bodies of my family and friends. People that I knew my entire lives, in pieces, scattered on our pack land grounds…..
