Ch 31 - Mate?
“Would you calm down already? This is only happening tonight,” Nathan chuckled.
He, Cassidy, Cain, and Calypso were chilling on Cassidy’s bed at three in the morning because Calypso had woken them up. She was stressing about Killian, her date with Channing, and about meeting Channing’s parents later that day.
Nothing from the previous day had really settled in with her and she felt like she was suffocating from her thoughts. She called in the three of them because besides Channing, they were the other people that could help to calm her down. Channing wasn’t available since he’d disappeared without saying anything, so she had to settle for them.
“I can’t calm down Nathan! I’m going insane,” she groaned.
“Well, if it makes you feel any better, you look insane,” Cassidy teased.
“No, it doesn’t make me feel any better,” Calypso deadpanned as they laughed.
