Playing The Game
Lucy doesn't reply, she just sits, staring at me intently.
"Do you think calling her, and saying it is over will work? That I will just believe you?" Her head tilts.
"No, I know it will take a long time to prove it to you. That is just the start baby girl, I belong with you." I smile at her as I pick up the phone, her eyes watching.
"I want to listen."
I knew she would say that.
"Fine with me." Hitting Trixie's number I listen to it ring.
"Damon? What is going on?" She sounds worried and I know it is genuine worry. "When are you coming back?"
"I'm not Trixie, make sure you pack your things and leave." I watch as Lucy watches me intently.
"Damon, what the fuck?" I hear her dad in the background shouting.
"Then bring Raye home!" Trixie cries.
"Raye isn't yours! You didn't even fucking want her Trixie, you were going to do what your own mother did and dump her and run." I sounds so fucking heartless.

Shh, Don't Tell Daddy Taking Time
The morning passes quickly and whenever Raye needs anything I willingly let Lucy, I don't want to act on impulse, she will expect it.So, the day is spent with me doing nothing while Lucy feeds Raye, changes her and everything. The fact I am taking that step back and not trying though has Lucy trusting me.The door is locked though and I have no idea where the key is.I'm stood cleaning the kitchen, emptying the bin I walk through."Rubbish needs to be taking out Lucy." I finish cooking just as Damon gets home. He looks from to towards Raye and I see him relax. I'm guessing he thought I wouldn't put her down."House is sorted, so first thing in the morning we go." The week goes amazing, I slowly get used to the house and relax. We have heard nothing from Lucy, and while I want to be happy and smile, I am worried.If she is like Paul, I know she will be planning her come back, and that has me worried.
