The Contract
I walk into my parents, my mum and dad looking towards me confused. Damon came here earlier, I spent an hour in a pub drinking coke so we didn’t show up together.
“You’re back and with your bags?” My dad looks at me.
“Sure am Daddy, I decided it was a waste of money to stay in a hotel and drive here every day.” I hug them both.
