Chapter Eighteen

Eleuthera was standing on the edge of the cliff where have a soft spot for crystal clear sea. Ang nakatirintas na buhok ay bahagyang nililipad kaya ito ay nagulo sa pagkakabuhol. Yinayakap siya ng simoy ng hangin na nagdudulot nang kaginhawaan at kalamigan sa katawan. Ang mga kamay ay nakasilid sa bulsa ng cotton short, seryoso at malalim na nagiisip.

"Anong ginagawa mo rito?" she asked. She did not turn around her head, it remained straight to the sea.

He stares at her back, examining her if she change a lot. "Your mother invited me." His voice was still the same, there's still sweetness and protection. "In their eyes I am still your one and only boy best friend," he said painfully cold.

He put up his hand on Eleuthera's stilled shoulder, feeling the changes of his best friend and love.

"What happened to us, Eleu?" His voice was starting to broke down.

Still no answer from Eleuthera.
