Chapter 51

/Cole was seething in rage.

How dare she? How dare she spell him and take him to her secret room, where no one would find him, when Syanna was being held captive by the damn vampires!

She would pay for this. She had to pay. But, for now, with every fibre of his being, Cole knew that he had to get away from here.

“If you let me go now, I’ll make your death quick and painless,” he said, sitting against the wall since the minute she brought him here.

“Why would I do something as stupid as that?”

Cole blew out a breath. All this time he was at Unici, he had made it his duty to suppress his powers, so he didn’t murder the entire academy. But now... now he had wished he could, but this witch wouldn’t allow him.

He didn’t even understand how she found a spell strong enough to hold him. It might’ve taken months of searching, and after realising that this witch had indeed been following him for months, it confirmed his thoughts.

He did, however, realise that she had to mumble the spe
