She, in a fragment of second, again turned behind to secure her from the back as the fear of someone approaching her was still lingering inside her. She awaited the soft voice of her mother to assure her that nothing is going to happen with them and console her.
However, as ruthless Martha’s fate has been in the entire day, it didn’t seem to better itself in any way this time.
