Chapter 29 Traveling Around the Empire Part 1

To take complete hold over the area of Bekla a few matters needed to be addressed. Both the legitimate way and the illegal way.

"Hmm, I think this area will be perfect." Ren looked at the three acres of land. He turned to the owner waiting for the man to decide and sell it or not. "Well, what say you?"

"Well... you see.." The man wanted to haggle price. Ren made it quite clear he would not do so. "It is my families.. and.."

Ren turned to leave. Five and One walking with. They were told to just survey the place and remain quiet otherwise.

"Umm, Master Ren.." Five spoke up after they were far enough away. "Did you not say the place was cursed?"

"Yeah, shouldn't we do something?" One asked looking back at the dead grass and farmland. 'It will spread in a few years. Why is the Rot even here? It usually only affects the North and South Empires.'

"The place is both "Cursed" and contains Dead Soil. The Dead Soil would help for a lot of crafts
