Logan gazed at the window, his thoughts trailing back to the infirmary, he was sure something was obscure about it at that time.

"What's on your mind" Tiffany asked, she was sitting on his thigh trying to seduce him, but it wasn't working.

Her clenched fist at his silence, and she stood up in anger. "Why are you not feeling anything" she half yelled and Logan heaved a sigh.

He placed his hand on his temple and massaged softly his ice-like eyes trailing to her and he frowned "I'm busy" he muttered and Tiffany sucked her bottom lip, "too busy for me?" She asked, her hands gently dragging her shirt downwards and Logan's smirk.

"I guess it can wait" He muttered and Tiffany walked towards him, her legs on his lap and a smacking sound heard.

Their lips were engrossed in each other's taste, biting and sucking each other's lips with pleasure, the gentle moving of her body and Logan's hand trailing to her butt, squeezing it tightly, when suddenly the door bursted open and they froze.

The maid trembling and regretting her actions "I'm sorry" she begged and ran away shutting the door closep. Tiffany gritting her teeth, cursing the maid inwardly for making her lose her perfect chance.

She wanted Logan's pulp and the only way to get it was intimacy with him, although this wasn't her first time, Logan didn't want kids .

She wanted to remain oblivious, ignoring the fact that Logan was hoping for his fated mate.

She grit her teeth and forced a smile, trailing her hands on his chest. He spoils her alot gift her his credit card and supports her in every way, there was no way she would not want him.

Logan pushed her off slightly, he seemed to lose his urge, Tiffany not wanting to keep up but his glare at her made her accept.

The fiery look of the Alpha, that was one thing no commer could turn down not even the Luna. It was the eye of an Alpha hinting at listening to me or perishing.

No Alpha would do such to Luna, the more he acted distant, the more she knew she had to win to claim him for her permanently.

She wore her slippers and walked out the room, as it was the best thing to do in this situation.

Back at Snow home

Snow gazing at the sky, the blush cool atmosphere melting it way on her skin and radiating coolness, it was the first time she felt so alive and cool.

It was the only time she was free from bullying and pain, the one day holiday for each student.

She was studying in one of her best schools in the pack, students smart and skillful could only get admitted into the school, and she had passed.

Studied night and day, also learnt many skills and currently improving her combat skills.

She had remembered her first combat clearly, she had broken a rib or two, worst her sparring partner was Tiffany.

The girl seemed to hate her at first sight, she really struggled throughout her first year, but Ace and Miss Happy, the history teacher made her day a little happy and blooming.

Thinking of Ace, she couldn't wait till he got back to school, he was always there for her and even stood up to Logan many times.

Anytime he was there, she didn't get hurt, his hugs were warm and cool, he always put a smile on her lip, even when she cries.

"Who's the lucky guy? Is he hot and worth your smile?" Ava asked and Snow dismissed her smile.

"Arhmmm"Snow cleared her throat and Ava laughed, she stood beside Snow and gazed at her.

"I have such a beautiful daughter"  she praised and Snow blushed. "Gosh mum stop" she muttered, looking away, her slightly pink ears.

Ava poking her ear and Snow pouting her lip, gazing at her with puppy eyes. Ava's eyes softened and she averted her gaze to the sky.

"Snow we wouldn't be home this evening, you can have the house to yourself" Ava stated and Snow puppy eyes sank.

"What?" Panic creeping into her heart, she had never been alone before. The thought itself gripped her unexpectedly.

"Me and Dad will be busy, and Asher is going on a patrol with another wolf. An attack on the other side of the pack, it's been investigated, but for now gamma wolves are needed" She explained and Snow heaved a sigh.

"Will be expecting you and dad to return safely, and Asher shouldn't stress himself" Snow cheerfully said.

Although she was worried about their safety, the least she could do was wish them a speedy homecoming, Ava pinching her cheeks and smiling.

"You're such a grown up lady already" She said and Snow smiled, her eyes smiling too and she hugged her mum.

"Do come home safe with Dad and Asher" she murmured and Ava hugged her back "sure, I will darling" She muttered back.

Flinch and Asher watching the two ladies and smiling "what a woman,, I married right" Flinch pridefully praised and Asher sulken look.

"Now I want to barf" he stated, walking away and his dad glaring at him.

An hour later, Snow was packing stuff into the bags of her parents and brother. She also added snacks even when they rejected them.

"That's enough, if you add more, I wouldn't survive a day with those heavy bags" Asher whined and Snow paused on her action.

"But you are strong and amazing, how wouldn't you be able to carry this stuff?" She asked and he heaved a sigh of defeat.

If she stared at him with those eyes, then surely he had to accept "just put it in" he said and groaned in frustration.

Packing down, and everyone suited for their responsibilities, Snow eyes boring into them and admiration in her eyes.

"Good luck" she said, giving them a thumbs up, hugs and air kisses, they left the house and Snow waved at them.

Shutting the door and heaving a sigh, Snow descended to the stairs but the doorbell rang at that instance.

"What!" She muttered in confusion, and the thought of them forgetting something invaded her mind.

"Coming" she yelled, and held the strawberry cup in her hand, a tiny sip and opened the door only for her eyes to widen.

The drink slipped from her hands and dropped to the floor.

“But for some reason… you feel really familiar,” Snow said, narrowing her eyes.Mari’s calm cracked instantly.“No—” she breathed.********************“Hmm, okay then,” Snow muttered, and Mari’s eyes softened. The panic in her heart calmed instantly. She bit her lip and stared as Snow walked to a nearby tree log, sitting neatly on it. She wasn’t too close, yet not too far either. Her eyes dropped with something dangerous—heavy. Why was an omega like her making Mari feel so useless? She cursed under her breath. No wolf—not even the Alpha’s son—had ever made her feel the towering exhaustion she was feeling right now. With a sigh, she slumped to the dirty ground. She didn’t care anymore. She needed rest—to gather her strength.Snow stared into the woods, her mind drifting. That day… had she felt someone else’s pain? She hadn’t thought much of it then, but the memory kept resurfacing. Maybe it meant something.Amanda had recently visited her—the restaurant owner who once called her the M

“Family is family, but not all family are related by blood, Snow. Who fed you? Who clothed you? Who loved you despite everything? That’s family. The ones who helped you. It depends on how you choose to see it. And the Alpha…”“He never once acted like I was his son.”**************"But I'm still sure—""Hey! Let’s continue the journey. The sky looks clear," Mari yelled from behind, and they both turned.Mari was standing there, her hands on her waist and her gaze fixed on them. She looked like she was up for an adventure—but clearly itching to stir something up. If anyone could read her thoughts right now, Mari would’ve been banished to the moon.Logan didn’t say a word. He simply marched toward Mari, while Snow watched him go, biting her lip. She had wanted to say more—so badly—but Mari ruined it all.Logan’s mood looked grim. He was clearly angry or deep in thought. Maybe she shouldn't have brought up his family. But Luna Gianna really was a good person. Snow wasn’t so sure about t

It came from Snow. That meant...Snow had a darker side. A much darker side. One Mari was dying to witness.***************A smile curled on Mari’s lips. Wasn’t Snow the pure, fragile type? What the hell was she seeing? That side of Snow—Mari liked it. She wanted to provoke it. She wanted it out, so badly. She slipped her hands back into her skirt pockets, and her smile vanished as she dejectedly walked toward Logan.“Has Snow always been like that?” she muttered out of the blue, and Logan turned his gaze to her.“As how?” he asked, and Mari pressed her lips together, trying to pique his interest.“She seemed... feisty,” she added, pausing. Her eyes trailed toward Snow, and her lips parted slightly.“But in a darker way,” she mumbled, and Logan paused.Snow—dark? That didn't sound right. She was more of the soft type. Even if she did have that side, there had to be a reason. Still, he didn’t think the past should have a hold over her. It was over. Clearly.“What did you say to her?”

Logan shifted his gaze toward Mari. His expression darkened. There was something off about her energy—something he didn’t like. Not one bit.*******************Mari flashed a smile at Snow and walked toward them. She climbed over the uneven lumps on the ground and held onto Snow’s hand to help her up.She could’ve jumped over the log, but she just wanted to touch Snow’s hand. When she did, she’d be able to sense the powers Snow held. The moment their hands touched, everything paused. She felt... nothing. Her once-racing heart calmed instantly, though some thoughts still lingered with uncertainty. It was strange. Last time, Snow had recovered quickly from the wolfsbane, slapped Tiffany, and her energy had felt off. Something wasn’t right. But now, her calm heart began to accelerate again, and her grip on Snow’s hand tightened. She tried to feel deeper—but still, nothing. Finally, she gave up and let go.For now, she could only assume: maybe the omega was just tired of being bullied an

But he didn't care.“He can do whatever he wants, as long as it doesn’t involve me,” he added inwardly.***************Mari’s gaze couldn’t help but trail to Snow, watching her as she picked up the grouping paper, which had been sealed neatly to avoid any exposure. But Mari’s eyes suddenly flashed a different color when she caught sight of it—Group A. Her eyes returned to normal as she rushed to the box, quickly picking up the same number as Snow.If she wanted to find out who Snow really was, she had to stay close. And this was the perfect chance.“Everyone, unwrap your paper and go to your designated partners,” the professor announced, and everyone nodded in understanding. The sound of papers being torn filled the air, accompanied by a faint scent of the breeze blowing through the open space. As students unwrapped their papers, many frowned in frustration while others smiled. She felt it—the want and the liquid that oozed between her legs. Her lips were open in ecstasy. "Ahh, hmm, oh," moans escaped her lips. She wanted more; she felt her heart thudding with desire. She wrapped her hands around his neck, pulling him closer, and her hands ran through his hair as her eyes finally shifted to those of her mate, their lips glued together, almost like a symphony. The window curtain flew in their direction as air swirled its way into the room, cooling it from the heat that emanated from them. She couldn't help but press her lips together. The want, everything, circled her body in that instant, and she couldn't help but blush. Her soft moans could be heard from the halls of the room, and as three executives walked to their Lord's Chamber, they froze.A lady, her moans, they were so loud, so clear, as if desiring every bit of their lord.
