I can hear my mom screaming through the hallway. I groaned and keep still on Cairo’s arms. I don’t want to be close to him again but I have no choice but to use his body ‘cause I am temporarily blind.

“It was an accident Granny,” Farren explained.
I just sighed and heard Eunice scolding the kids on the background. I can hear Farren crying and Caleb yelp. My mom on the other hand talk to Cairo about what really happened.
“It was just a sand castle fight, Mrs. De Lapaz,” he said. I felt his palm rub my thighs slowly as if comforting me. Well, I am not comfortable by his touch. This is just too much.
