Chapter thirty one- Getting ready

Finally it’s almost time for the Desilver dinner event. For the last two hours, I have been getting ready with the help of a professional makeup artist and stylist.

I didn’t get the chance to look at myself in the mirror until she was done. I must admit, I love what she did with my face and my hair. I had informed her that I don’t want heavy makeup and so she did a nude makeup for me. It just enhanced myself but kept my natural look. She also has purple eyeshadow since my dress is purple in color while my lips are nude also.

And as for my hair, she packed my hair backward and then permed it into a bridal style.

I put on my dress and kept staring at myself in the mirror. The dress is a princess style dress. The hands are off shoulder and it has a long slit that starts from the bottom of the dress to my mid thigh there leaving my left thigh display.
