I felt a lot better this morning, I had my breakfast in what was the dining room, with a white chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

The table was filled with everything sweet and healthy. And by that, I mean fruits.

The bald butler pulled a seat out and gestured for me to sit. I had a bowl of porridge.

I took a walk down the hallway into a room and shut the door behind me. I walked to the vanity, surprised that it was brown rather than white.

Who knew that I would be spoiled crazy in Lorenzo Valenti's room?

Right on cue, he came out with his hair dripping water, and his gray eyes met mine. I turned to look at him.

This isn't my room.

Ha! I used my hands to cover my mouth.

Startled, he turned to look at me, and his towel loosely dropped to the floor.

Oh my God, look at the size of his cock.

He picked up his towel hurriedly to hide his erection.

Embarrassing? Yeah.

Cute? Yeah.

"Fuck, have you lost your mind?"

I bit my lips and smiled.

"Sorry."

Get a hold of yourself, Ava Sinclair. You just barely survived being beaten.

I turned around looking for the door.

"Come, you will have to pay for this."

He came closer to me. With every step, I felt his warmth. His lips brushed mine, forcefully. When he let go, my lips tingled, and I went in for more.

Ava, get a hold of yourself.

"You like?" I asked in between kisses. I ran my fingers through his beard. He took my lips again, pinning me to the wall.

Then came a knock, and the butler walked in. "Your clothes, si—"

The clothes dropped on the floor. He picked them up hurriedly and kept them on the bed, then dashed out, slamming the door behind him.

"A message from the Romanos, sir," the intercom echoed.

He stopped kissing me and took a step back.

"You will continue with this later," he touched my nose with his index finger.

Somehow, I didn't want it to end. I wanted to kiss him more. He could see it in my eyes. He grinned.

Get a hold of yourself, Ava. Get a hold of yourself.

"Er, hemmm, I would like to say something."

"Don't ruin what we have started. Get out," with a tone of finality.

He walked into the closet.

"I would like to see my mother, I yelled from the spot I stood, She is sick and would need someone to take care of her." My heartbeat doubled.

What are you doing, Ava? Get out.

No answer.

I twisted the doorknob and slipped out of his room. But I could tell he saw me leave.

My lips tingled as I sat on my bedside. I have kissed many men, but he tasted different.

Ava, get a grip of yourself.

A small smile formed on my lips. I picked up the landline and called my home, but there was no answer. My chest tightened, and my mouth went dry.

What must have happened?

I went as fast as my feet could take me to Lorenzo's door.

"Missing me already, are we?"

I skipped to the side.

He must think I am coming back for more of what we shared earlier.

"I… I… I… I need your help."

"I need yours too." I could feel his warmth and his hardness between his legs.

He kissed the nape of my neck, up my chin, and brushed my lips forcefully with his.

Oh my God, it feels so good. I don't want it to end.

He twisted the doorknob, leading me to the bed. He ripped my camisole off and cupped both my breasts in his hands.

"Your phone," I said in between kisses.

He pulled it out and walked out the door.

What a toy I have become.

I pulled my hair back in a bun, snatched the robe beside the bed and slipped it on, twisted the knob, and walked into the dining room. I sat gently, sipping some water.

"There you are." He slid a black envelope across the table. "Sign those papers."

"Why should I sign them?"

"For the safety of your so-called mother… and yourself."

I pulled out the papers and skimmed through the black print.

Clause 1: Party B is legally bound to do what Party A says without complaint.

Clause 2: Party A would cover medical expenses of Party B's relative, e.g., mother.

Clause 3: Party B can't be seen outside without Party A. If seen, would be severely punished. Permission must be taken from Party A to carry out activities such as shopping, spa, and hospital visits.

Clause 4: Party B would not be allowed to travel out of the city except in company of Party A.

Clause 5: Party B would identify as Party A's mistress and would be entitled to the public respect that comes with the title.

If any clause is found broken, Party A is permitted to hunt and kill Party B and those related to her.

Party A signed Lorenzo Valenti.

My heart thudded so fast against my chest, and goosebumps ran over my arm.

I batted my eyes many times to stop the tears from rolling down my cheeks.

"Not pleased?"

"No, I am going to sign it." I picked up the pen beside the paper.

The luck I held onto was that Mum would get treated, and I'd get a chance to visit her, to see her face again.

"One more thing, He slid a box down the table, you are to keep it on at all times."

Opening the box, I saw the recent release of the Apple phone. I have always wanted to have one.

"You will be going shopping tomorrow. Get yourself something sexy."

The phone vibrated. Lorenzo Valenti flashed on the screen. He strutted out of the dining room with the signed papers in his hands.

My freedom.

My identity.

My body.

Now belongs to him.

Isabella's POV Sinclair, Sinclair, Sinclair. The name tasted bitter sweet on my lips. The air was warm on my skin as the maid opened the window. Ava Sinclair. Something is fishy.“I mean any Maria Sinclair.”“Ava's mum.”“Ava's mum?”“She died two months ago.”The grave stone I saw had 35 years on it. I tapped on my thighs. Lorenzo's POV I woke up to Ava sleeping next to me. Pain shot up by abdomen as I shifted my weight to get up. “What are you doing?” Ava turned to look at me. Her face glowed like the morning sun. “What does it look like?” I tossed the sheet aside as I got up.“You shouldn't —-I raise my fingers. She kept shut. Getting up too.“You should rest for the whole of today.” Her voice dripping with care and calm confidence. She walked to my side of the bed and stood in front of me. “So, it would not rip.”My gaze was on her cherry lips as she spoke. I couldn't resist looking at her breast as she stood in front of me. The light passing through her blood stained white shirt giving me a view of her silhouette.“What are you—” She wrapped her arms around her body.I smirked as she moved out of the light. “I need to freshen up.”“You have got to be kidding.
