“Grandpa, how did you get in?” Caddaric lifted his head and asked. Marshall was expressionless.

“The door was already unlocked.”

Caddaric realized that he had to rephrase the question. “I mean, I didn't hear you walking in.”

“You already know the answer to that. So, isn't it true? She can't be trusted can she?”

Indeed they were trained to feather walk but Caddaric didn’t expect to be on the receiving end. It was strange to see the man when he hadn't heard him walking in. “Yes grandpa, she can be trusted.”
