CHAPTER 25We were headed to the taxi when I remembered that I forgot to bring my food basket which I earlier prepared for the picnic. “Gigi, I left the food basket I made earlier in the kitchen. With that, I hurried back inside and walked straight to the kitchen where I dropped off the basket, but I didn’t find it there. I walked around the kitchen searching for all the nukes and crannies but I still didn’t find it. Just then the chief chef came into the kitchen with the basket in his hands.“Looking for this I guess,” he said and this made me turn around to see what he felt I was looking for. I found him holding the food basket and that was when I heaved a sigh of relief. I stretched forth my hands towards him and took the basket from his hands.“Thank you so much,” I said sincerely. “How did you get your hand on it?” I asked him inquisitively to know more about how it got into his hands.
