Mirabelle flash back to how her stepped always treat her and how stepped sold her, she never think of going back.

“ Speak to me! Why didn’t you want to go back home?” Ray ask.

“ Because! My stepdad sold me to your father” she replies and Ray was surprised.

“ Why will your stepdad do that to you?” He ask.

“ He hates me so much and also he wanted to save my step brother because he was Ill but he tricked me and he didn’t let my mum to know that he wanted to sell to your dad, I did not wants to follow him that because I did not trust him but I refuses to follow him then he will scold me” she says and she cried.
