Mia had had enough of Alex, and knew was going to leave his house that moment. I
She felt was stupid. Stupid to have agreed to live with him. He had no right to treat her like that. She scoffed when she realized Alex was treating her like an animal, and was treating his dogs like humans.It hurt so much for someone to treat her like that. She had lived with her cousins and grandma. With them being extremely poor, but they had all been happy. Tolerate each other. Alex was actually the first person she was living with, Aside her grandma and cousins. None of them had made her feel the way Alex had. And she suddenly started missing her family. Felt the sudden urge to go meet them. Because she didn't feel herself anymore. She wanted to be where she would be given love and treated with respect. Not like a nuisance, the way Alex was treating her.

Writer's POV"Let's go to the karaoke bar." Said Mia as they made their way towards where Alex had my his parked. It was eight thirty in the evening and a lot of people were heading home."It's late, and I have books waiting for me." Came Alex's reply"And here comes the old Alex." She pouted, buckling her seat belt. Sleep was completely erased off her eyes this time. And she looked active again. "This is the last I'll ask of you tonight. Please, please, please. I want to sing.""Remind me never to go somewhere with you again, after today." Alex said.And Mia snapped her head to look at him. She felt he was beginning to soften. Writer's POV"Just so you all know, all work without play makes Jack dull boy. So I brought him here to sing to him. Even though my voice isn't that good. Writer's POVWhen she opened her eyes later, she saw herself in Alex's arms, and it looked like he was taking her to where he had his car packed."She cried this morning." Mia said so suddenly, her voice laced with highness. And Alex shot her a look, because he thought she was still asleep."Who cried?" Alex asked, with confusion slamming through his senses."Your not so girlfriend." Was her reply. And then, she let out a sigh, before a breathy moan.She was recalling what had happened with Alex's girlfriend, earlier on that day. Alex's girlfriend was an elegant woman, who seemed flighty rich. At first, she had been jealous when Mia had open the door to her, on that morning. And was demanding who Mia was. Until Alex came and did the introduction. Yet, the woman was restless. She still went to meet Mia in the kitchen, and wanted to know more. And Mia had got pissed, and told her she was crazy. That was how they exchanged comeback
