Mass death

Episode 3

I staggered backwards seeing myself displaying my already exposed powers. Hundreds of thoughts ran through my mind. Dad finding out, the government serching for me, everyone seeing me as a hero....... But who had this video uploaded. "Shit" I cursed under my breath as I made way to my desk. It was surely the last drunk guy that did this. I thank God I hadn't seen Belinda at first or I will have made a wrong accusation to her. I laid my head on my desk hoping this was all just some weird dream. I felt a gentle tap on my right shoulder, I looked up and saw Belinda gorgeous face with a grin on it. "Good morning Mark" she said as she pushed my body towards the other end of my seat to create space. She sat down and noticed my gloomy look. "What happened? You didn't even reply my greetings" she said as she put her warm hands on my cold cheeks. "Well i am exposed"  I said removing her hands from my cheeks. "What do you mean you are exposed" she asked with confusion written all over her face. 

"Every one knows"

"A video captured by the third drunk guy"

She sighed "at least you get credit for saving me". "Noooo you don't get it, I am in deep trouble" I snapped back. "How" she asked back. "Well..." The bell for the first class rang and we separated without me telling the reason. Well I wasn't really interested in telling her.

After School

I quickly left school making sure i avoided Belinda. I ordered an Opay bike to get me to the entrance of the estate. I got home drenched in sweat. I wanted to avoid everyone at home but aunt Mary caught me. 

"Your dad wants you in the lab"

"Alright" I lowly said. I dropped my bag on the couch and removed my school shirt. I was just wearing A black vest with my blue schedule trousers as I went to his lab. As I opened the door I met him to working on a device with patches connected to long thick wires which interjoined and went to a large head gear filled with different antennas all over the top of the head gear. "You are back" he said turning towards me with a grin. "Duhh" I replied with a what else look. "Come" he said gesturing his hands. What's making him so Happy like this. I knew he hasn't found out about the video Because he doesn't frequent social media and same for aunt Mary. 

"Have you heard of electrokinesis" he asked

"Nope never heard" I said as I sat down on the provided metal chair. "Well electrokinesis is the ability of controlling anything with an electric impulse. Even any object with the slightest impulse can be controlled with even just your mind and hands or any part of your body." 

"Interesting" I said as my dad connected those patches towards every pulse located on my body. He then put the helmet on my head. "It's gonna tickle" he said as he went to the switch.

"Are youuuuuuu" I couldn't complete my statement before he turned on the switch and sent very high coloured electricity through my vessels. I kept shaking as it did more than tickling. After some minutes he turned off the switch and removed the patches and helmet.

"I love your definition of tickle" I said with an angry face.

" Bring your phone" he demanded. "Why"  I asked a little bit scared. "I want you to demonstrate the electrokinesis on your phone....
