“Mom?”, Rachael calls out to the figure in the dark and a familiar face appears. “Hey, baby girl” Mrs McQueen says to a 12year old Rachael. “Are you trying out a costume for Halloween?” Rachael asks as she moves her flowing long hair from her face and Mrs McQueen smiles. Gabriel, Samuel and John look at the dead vampires before their feet and smile feeling satisfied with their handiwork. They are odourless bearing a smell of nonexistence. “Let’s get out of here,” Gabriel says, Samuel adjusts his sleeves and John holds his jacket against his lap still covering Nightmare. John just witnessed the ferocity of the twins as he fought alongside them on enemy grounds, he thanked his stars for being on their side but it also reminds him about Dracula and sees how similar they are to their father. Will they be able to kill their father? The trio does not go far before bullets come flying toward them, John dives behind the twins while they standstill as the bullets hit them but inflicts no damage on their bodies. Mary McQueen pulls over in her driveway in Greenvale, New York. It is night time and she has just come back from a job; a hunting job. She has been a hunter for as long as she can remember and she can’t seem to get the thrill out of her system. She left her husband, Frank McQueen, at home with their daughter. The two always seem close and sometimes she gets jealous even though she loves them with all her heart. She has always been grateful to have an understanding husband who never ran away even when he first encountered the world of the supernatural, courtesy of Mary, he still stayed by her side. He made her see a world beyond the horrors of the supernatural. She smiles at the thought of her husband and her daughter always pissing her off as she looks at the door and sighs. “I hope they are both asleep”, her hands are covered in blood and it’s not something she would want her daughter to see. Rachael wakes up as the first rays of sunlight penetrate the window and hits her face, her eyes flutter as she uses her hands to block sunlight from hitting her face. She yawns as she turns to adjust but jerks as she notices the crowd around the car. What is going on? There are half-naked men and women around the car staring at her and she wriggles at the backseat in fear and confusion. Where is Cassandra? She searches her pocket for her phone then remembers that it was missing when she woke up in Dracula’s lair. She hears a growl behind the crowd making them disperse and she tries to take a look. Cassandra comes out of the crowd and stands between them and the car, “Keep walking,” she says and they move aside. “Unlock the car,” she says to Rachael who is in the car. A stone does not live but it still exists; a vampire’s heart does not beat but it still aches. This is the case for John, the memories he has shared over the years with Mary McQueen will always remain with him and the sight of Dracula killing her will always haunt him. The monster took his family and now his friend. He knew Mary McQueen when she was still Mary Tremblay. The Tremblay family was one he was familiar with since he knew their ancestors from Québec, Canada. A hunter family, he always worked with a selected few of the family members secretly. The room is bright as fluorescent light illuminates its walls bringing out the beauty of the colorful pictures on them. All the art in this room carries a representation of a hidden history understood only by the enlightened mind. This mini-gallery is home to paintings such as The Expulsion from The Garden of Eden, The picture of Archangel Michael standing above Fallen Angels by Luca Giordano, Bruegel and His Fallen Angels, The Chalice and so many others. Though their authenticity is something that only an expert can tell. Although these pieces of art are well recognized in the world the only artwork Count Dracula adorns like a deity is the picture of a beautiful maiden, her gold hair reflects the light of the room like little diamonds were mixed into the artwork. This art is no ordinary art to this man, it is worth more than all the holy artwork in this world; this painting takes Dracula back through his memories of happier days and it gives him hope that one day those happy day

Rebersburg, Pennsylvania. In a small town in Centre County, a black mustang parks in front of a big black gate where a camera is at the top of the fence on the left side of the gate. Steven comes out of the car and waves at the camera but no one answers, “I’m here for Mary,” he says and the gate opens. He enters his car and drives in. The Tremblays look like a wealthy family since their land is big compared to most of the houses in the region. Their lawn which is hidden behind a lovely drive-in garden covers up to 12metres of land just before the main building. A mansion in a town like this? Something many will find strange, how did the Tremblays make their wealth? Even that was a mystery to those outside their circle. A human-size capsule is at the center of the room with different wires connected to it. There is someone inside, floating in the liquid content of the capsule. The scientists in the room run about attending to different devices, they answer to the bald old man wearing a lab coat, his white beard looks messy as he observes through a pair of glasses. He gives out orders to his subordinates and he laughs as his project comes to a successful end but there is one happier than he is as this project comes to an end. He stands behind the old scientist who is unaware of his presence, the lights of the room reflect against his black silky hair and his dark eyes hold a hint of happiness in them. This tall man places his hands on the shoulders of this old scientist, “Professor, the smile on your face tells me I am about to hear good news” Dracula says and the smile on the professor’s face vanishes like the wind.“Sir,” he turns around to face his employer, “Yes, the project is successful and
