Micha watched as the people all filled the area and they looked like they were already miserable. He was going to enjoy the next few days. The people there had no idea what he had planned. Though he knew he couldn’t outright fire them all he wanted to make their lives a living hell for the two weeks.
“Alright people settle down,” Micha said as he raised his voice a bit. He glanced over to the stable and saw her walking around to go to the back pen probably to go check on the cow again. He smiled to himself and then looked at the people in front of him. None of them were dressed right for the day he had planned. Nice shirts and khakis were going to get ruined out here but he honestly didn’t care anymore. “We will be breaking down into smaller groups so your abilities can be tested. As breakfast was being doled out the people were still grumbling about being up at an ungodly hour. They also didn’t like the idea of being tested even though it made perfect sense to match them with the correct animal and tasks that they could do. As the two walked over to the pen they both could feel the daggers being sent their way. Sophia couldn’t help but worry a bit about the outcome of pushing them to the brink but for now she had to focus on the calf. It was in the corner of the pen while it’s mother and twin were on the other side getting along great. “Your mom said not to try to bother getting the mother to accept the calf.”“She is right.” He said as he looked down at her. “I don’t know how it is on your type but if a mother rejects it at birth normally because it is a multiple or whatever it won’t ever. Just focus on your job as it’s adopted mother and I will figure out where we are going to put it.”“Micha I can have my father take it in for a bit.” Sophia said as she looked at him.

As he opened the door and nearly pushed her into the small building he closed the door behind him and locked the simple door handle. This building was hardly ever used unless it was the end of season. It wasn’t so he knew everything would be minimal in there and no one would be looking to get into it.
