ISABELLE'S POV.

My eyes fluttered open as I stared at the white ceiling with a blank expression..

Only three words echoed in my head ‘i love you’

I stayed there for a brief moment before proceeding to move to a sitting position but felt a sharp sensation at my abdomen but that didn't stop me from getting out of the bed.

I gently placed my feet on the cold floor and headed towards the door even though I still felt dizzy and weak from the previous events.

I quietly headed towards the door and found Kristen's guards stationed outside the ward.

“ Ma'am the doctor advised that you stay in bed for some time.” One of the guards explained with a worried expression but I simply ignored them and walked past them and headed towards Stefan's office.

“ What are you doing out here? You should be in bed resting.” Stefan scolded me as soon as I walked inside his office and he immediately came to myself..

“ Take me to my husband.” I said without hesitation.
