Millions of Nightmares of all classes are gathered in front of a pitch black castle. Above the stairs are thirteen commanders, each wearing a white mask and carrying a Muerte Sword.
Muerte Swords or Death Swords are the same as a Dark Crystal Sword that the Crimson Eyed Warriors use. The difference is that they do not dematerialize and they are capable of sucking the soul of their victim. These souls will add to the sword's strength and will pass the knowledge and skills of the victim's soul to its wielder. There are only 13 Muerte Swords in the Nightmare Empire and they are given to 13 compatible wielders.
These 13 wielders are put to an extreme survival competition where there are 15,000 competitors, a competition to kill and survive. Out of the fifteen thousand, 2,000 will remain and be tested to wield the Muerte Swords. Muerte Swords are very selective to their wielders. If the sword does not recognize the one holding

The fact that a piece of the west pillar almost destroyed the central park is a sign of the nearing cataclysmic event we all feared." Knight, unaware of the situation, sat on the wooden bench outside the Supreme Principal's office while facing the wall. He's been sitting there for almost twenty minutes and while he's in there. The announcement through Sevenths came. A large piece of rook appeared above Boys and Girls Starlian University. "Greetings dear participants of this great Starlian day." A deep-resonating voice said. It was the voice of King Edluna. "I thank you all for participating in this historic event. You must be wondering why we must do something like this." A large kilometers-wide barrier soon covered the entire school. The barrier separated the school from the outside, blocking anyone who wishes to enter the school grounds as well as those who wish to leave. A projection in the heavens appeared showing the solar system.
