The Unexpected Guest II

When I asked Jaime, he froze for a few minutes before shaking his head and giving me a bashful smile. Although it caused me to furrow my brows, I kept quiet because I already knew who the person is.

Jaime is the kind of person who isn’t used to winning over the aristocrats. He would prefer to speak to them directly, but he will eventually become tense later.

I recall when I first met him, he also behaved in that manner, and when I later followed him about, I realized that he was similarly nervous but was simply masking those feelings in the shadows.

He's already awakening memories I choose to suppress because I'm only thinking about my vengeance based on the way he currently behaves.

Even the beginning of the enjoyable moments I spent with Kaylla, Linia, Jaime, Sebastian, May, and the others help me escape the trauma I’ve experienced as if they were just nightmare disguised as mists in the clouds. It only lasted one day before it was forgotten.
