Forbidden affair

Royal P.O.V:

This company was all but dead. I'm not sure if getting in was a good idea, and I think I already messed up by spilling coffee on her. But she was still careless—who jumps out of an elevator without looking?

I was here for a reason, and I had to be patient until my goal was met. There was no one else who could get me what I wanted except her, and even if it meant rummaging through the dirt, I would do it as long as I got what I wanted in the end.

I waited for Pamela to return but she didn't. It was getting later than expected, and I had had enough, so I left the office to which I had been assigned.

Pamela staggered out of the elevator as soon as I stepped out.

Was she drunk? I pondered. I watched as she turned left to the staircase leading to the terrace. I was immediately alarmed, so I trailed quietly behind her.

Pamela P.O.V:

I know I said it wasn't over yet, but it was. I couldn't see the point of living any longer—Liam was the final straw.

He was married, and he wasted my time for nearly a year. What else is there to live for? I was twenty-five years old and stupid. Maybe this was my punishment for fleeing on the day I was supposed to marry Charles.

He was a decent guy, but not good enough for me. Who wants to be a housewife to a man who earns thousands of dollars? Not me; I desired independence and my own money or a billionaire.

My head was spinning from the amount of alcohol I had consumed, and the only thing on my mind was jumping from the highest point of this building.

Everything in me was dead, so why not have a funeral for them tomorrow?

I staggered through my office's empty hallways until I reached the elevator that took me to the top floor. Because it was late at night, I was most likely the only one left aside from security. He was always sleeping, so he didn't even notice me passing by.

My legs were weak and my vision was blurry, but I made it up the staircase to the terrace.

"Heaven!" When I got outside, I screamed in a high pitched voice.

Then I spun around the terrace, enjoying the cool evening breeze. My hair flowed freely with the wind's rhythm. I walked to the edge and measured the distance between myself and the ground.

"It's going to be really messy," I said, laughing.

I climbed the metal balustrade, my back to the empty streets and my hands open wide. Then I closed my eyes and took a leap of faith. I started to fall, but it wasn't long before I landed on a hard rocky surface.

"At long last, heaven!" With a smile on my face, I exclaimed

"Ms. Pamela," a husky voice called out forcing me to open my eyes.

When I opened my eyes, there were two pairs of blue eyes staring back at me.

He grabbed my arms and swung me around, allowing my back to rest on the terrace's floor. Then he stood up and pulled me up.

"You, Royal!" I yelled, pointing at him, with a slur. "Did Liam send you... you've been a bad boy, spilling...coffee?" I said and I pushed his forehead weakly.

"Taking your life, Ms. Pamela, will not solve whatever problem you are facing," Royal said, and I felt a tear fall.

"My birthday is tomorrow... I screwed up a deal with a major corporation, and now I'm without a man. My family is excited about it. I'm twenty-nine and... unsuccessful "I spoke slowly.

"There's no reason to live," I yelled. Then I came to a halt and let out a cackle.

I took a few steps backwards and he came after me. "Take a step back!" I said, pulling a pen from my coat pocket, but that didn't stop him.

My chest grew heavier, and the fact that he wouldn't let me go enraged me.

"I swear to God, Royal, I'm going to fire you and sue you for assault. I'd badly frame you. Why are you alone on the terrace with your boss?" Despite my questions, he grabbed me and wrapped his hands around me.

His grip on me made me feel secure. He was very muscular and he looked good. I missed it earlier because I was blinded by Liam's love.

My mind was racing and I had no idea what I was doing, but I drew away from him and stood on my tiptoes. Then I pressed my lips against his and ran my hands over his crotch. He pulled me away instantly.

"Ms. Pamela, you're tipsy and..."

"I know exactly what I'm doing, look how hard I made you," I chuckled.

Then I started unzipping his pants, whispering, "I know you want this," as I bit my lips.

"I want this if you're sober, even if we shouldn't be......" He was about to finish when I slipped my hands into his pants, causing him to moan deeply.

"It's your boss's order... fuck me or you're fired!" I said to him as I rubbed the tip of his d**k.

"Fuck it!" He said as a moan escaped his lips.

He immediately grabbed my butt and bit my lower lips. He slammed his tongue into me after I opened up nicely for him. Then he carried me up into the penthouse like a toy. He threw me on the bed and undressed me quickly.

He kissed my neck while taking deep breaths. Then he slipped inside of me.

A bad headache woke me up, my head thumped a lot, and I felt like I was surrounded by bricks. Mia's voice rang several times in my subconscious, and I tried to open my eyes but was too tired.

When Royal rolled over, I had to force my eyes open. Then I realized that the bricks I imagined were Royal Arms, and I was almost naked. To top it all off, Mia wasn't in my subconscious; she was approaching the room we were in.

I quickly slipped away from Royal and dashed to the door, half naked. But the door swung open before I could get to it.

"Argh!!" I screamed,"oh my God Ms. Pam!" She yelled, then she slammed the door closed…..
