Chapter 17 - Fatal Burn

As the night deepens and the howling of the wolves became louder and louder, I have found myself in the middle of the cold isolation where the only thing that is visible are the small formation of ice and the leaves being frozen out of nowhere.

The only thing that lights up the whole place is nothing but the shine of the crescent moon. I tried to walk and walk with my bare feet only to land in the same position. My eyes wanders around until I was stumbles into the ground covered with ice. 

Pain. Hot feeling of skin burning, I scream when I felt something is burning right into my chest. Panting heavily, I struggle to let my hands touch the insignia of the curse of the moon goddess only to shrieked more because it is burning. White clouds of smokes are coming out of the mark.
