Chapter 80 - Whilst in his betrayal
A squeaking sound echoes along with the darkness of our room, as I heard the door opening, it makes the clutch tighter into the sheets covering my body. My fist is gripping the thin sheets of clothing as if my life depends on it.
Despite that, a part of me wanted to run into Alpha Antonio’s arm and ask him about it. To make him explain about what I saw earlier. My quest about trailing him stopped the moment that I saw him willingly claiming her lips.
My heart cannot take that image out of my memory. It made my body cold and stilled to the point that I cannot take any step further whilst I saw them fading away from my sight.
I just stand there and watch him walk away with our enemy. A Series of questions popped into my mind, shattering and pulverizing all of the pieces of what was left inside me.
Why is he kissing our enemy? Why isn’t he searching for Alpha Nicholas? And lastly, why is he lying to me?
