Chapter 45 - Breaking of Curse : The Ceremony

 “ They’ve been induced by wolfsbane—”

Those are just some of the faint words that I can hear as my lashes become heavier and heavier than usual. The last time that I’ve checked is that when the sun rose down, they dragged us into the car and now I just found myself in the middle of a forest, tied in these woods that they really put an effort to assemble.

All I can see is their shadows, I felt weak and disoriented. My body feels hot and cannot properly process what’s happening. All I can see is a slight tweak of orange and red, dancing through my vision until I saw dark.

A loud howling and chain clashing woke me from a deep slumber. I thought I was in a nice bed, but I wasn’t. Unlike earlier, everything is much clearer than ever. I stood over the edge of a wooden fire, at the center of the circle where it kind of gives me a hot burning sensation, not enough to burn me alive but enough to make me terrified.
