“What?” I blushed, smiling.

“You’re beautiful,” James grinned as he grabbed my hand.

“Are you sure this dessert will be fine?” I asked, lifting the cheesecake tray trying to hide my tomato face.

“Are you trying to hide that pretty face from me?” he stopped at the door.

“It’s your fault for making me blush so much. It's embarrassing, you know,” I giggled a little.

“You love it,” he grinned, pecking the corner of my lips.

“Behave, we need to get in,” I said. "James!" I whisper, hoping no one sees us.

“Hm,” he paused, grabbing the round dish from me, “It’s your fault for being so gorgeous. I can't help myself.”

He grinned before parting his lips, and he kissed me on the mouth. The door opened and a male voice cleared his throat as James groaned.

“Not now, Nigel.” he never parted his lips that I had to pull back and bury my face on his chest underneath his jacket.

“Look who's behaving like a teenager,” Nigel chuckles. “Come on, you two, everyone is here.”
